uvex X Blackfriars Priory School: Safety & Vision Partnership
uvex is proud to announce a new partnership with Blackfriars Priory School as the official Safety and Vision Sponsor of its Pedal Prix Racing program from 2026. Blackfriars’ Pedal Prix program is one of the school’s most dynamic co-curricular offerings - bringing students together through human powered vehicle (HPV) racing while building STEM capability, fitness, teamwork, discipline, and resilience. As part of the sponsorship, uvex will support the program with spare and replacement windscreens/windows for the team cycles and provide safety eyewear for the team, helping protect students during training and race-day competition across the Adelaide University Australian HPV Super Series and beyond.
This partnership is about enabling young people to perform with confidence in demanding environments. Both uvex and Blackfriars share a commitment to safety culture, innovation, and high performance, whether that’s protecting workers on site or supporting student athletes and engineers as they refine their racing strategy, mechanics, and endurance.
