uvex ultimate line – Performance collection to mark the 100th anniversary

The uvex ultimate line is an expression of the ‘made to perform’ claim and embodies passion, motivation and peak performance. Based on 100 years of development and design expertise, uvex sets the standard for innovation, functionality and performance with a highlight collection.

uvex means performance. Under the heading ‘made2perform’, uvex safety will be presenting a collection at A+A 2025 that includes both occupational safety products from head to toe and sports products for winter sports, cycling and equestrian sports. This product line stands for passion, motivation and top performance in particular and inspires maximum performance without compromising on safety, comfort, quality and sustainability.

One outstanding product in the uvex ultimate line is the uvex Bamboo TwinFlex F uXT1 protective glove. The patented, globally exclusive Bamboo TwinFlex material ensures a unique wearing experience. With high breathability, a perfect fit and extreme abrasion resistance, this cut protection glove sets new standards. The nitrile cross-linking systems developed by uvex itself and the unique coating process significantly increase the service life of the gloves.

In the footwear sector, the new uvex 3 MACSOLE BOA stands for maximum performance. The innovative MACSOLE rubber outsole ensures a non-slip grip on extremely hot and cold surfaces. The sustainable i-PUREnrj planet midsole supports cushioning and energy return, while shock-absorbing foam cushions the ankle area. In addition, the S3 safety shoe offers optimised breathability, increased water resistance and ergonomic design.

The uvex megasonic full-view safety glasses feature a panoramic lens with a 52 per cent wider field of vision. The frameless design gives the full-view safety glasses a modern look and, in addition to high wearing comfort, they offer high mechanical strength that can withstand being hit by a steel ball travelling at a speed of 120 metres per second.

The coating technology uvex supravisionvariomatic also reflects uvex's performance standards. The self-tinting lens has a fast reaction time and can darken completely in 10 seconds and lighten again in 30 seconds. The lens also offers reliable UV400 protection.

In the field of prescription safety spectacles, the uvex RX cd 5528 with tight-fit kit is being introduced. The spectacles with a sporty plastic frame have a soft, adjustable nose bridge and soft temple tips, as well as ventilation openings for a comfortable eye climate. The tight-fit kit consists of a sealing frame and a headband.

The uvex pronamic alpine Mips helmet system ensures a high level of comfort thanks to its generously designed ventilation openings. In accordance with the requirements of EN12492, the helmet meets an extended temperature range of -30 degrees to +50 degrees Celsius. The Mips brain protection system offers additional head protection during rotational movements.

The uvex aXess one hearing protection capsule from the uvex ultimate line is also compatible with the helmet. With Real Active Listening, the capsule has an active monitoring function with individual volume control for ambient noise. Two surround microphones ensure reliable transmission of ambient noise, while a voice microphone ensures optimum voice quality. The battery life is 50 hours, and Bluetooth 5.2 guarantees fast data transmission and a long range.

The uvex high-fit titan is a special type of hearing protection. The earmoulds are produced using state-of-the-art 3D laser technology, and the high-quality titanium material impresses with its maximum stability, low weight and optimal heat dissipation. The hypoallergenic material provides antibacterial properties and the hearing protection is also suitable for people who react strongly to the occlusion effect.

Even without customisation, the uvex xact-fit multi earplug has a perfect fit. The oval earplug design adapts to the shape of the ear canal and is available in three different sizes. New features include the parking position, in which the handles can be hooked into each other, and the sustainable hearing protection case.

The sustainable rain jacket uvex corporate 26 features a 3-layer laminate made from 100 per cent recycled polyester, a zero-waste membrane made from pre-consumer waste and an inner layer made from recycled PET. The outer layer can withstand 30,000 abrasion cycles and the material has a water column rating of 10,000 mm. Its breathability is certified to EN343 Class 4 and the material achieves a value of 10,000g/m2/24h.

For the sports sector, products such as the uvex ultimate resolution MIPS ski helmet and the uvex ultimate surge carbon Mipscycling helmet belong to the ultimate line. These products were developed in close collaboration with top athletes and combine the highest quality, safety and performance.

The uvex ultimate line brings together the long-standing manufacturing expertise and diverse skills within the uvex Group. To mark the 100th anniversary of the Franconian company, this collection represents the highest standards of functionality, quality, design and safety – in occupational safety as well as in sports and leisure. ‘made 2 perform’ is the driving force for all users, athletes, recreational sports enthusiasts and anyone who wants to reach the winner's podium, even in a figurative sense.
